Frequently Asked questions

How does support time work, does it roll over?
Support time is designed to give you access to a certain amount of time per month. The time does not roll over from month to month.

If you aren’t sure how much time you would need or aren’t sure how you could spend the time we can advice on areas that you might want to use the time on.

If you are on a Care Plan, we will know within 5 minutes of something going wrong because of the uptime monitoring. We can then start looking into it straight away and update you on what is happening and what is involved in resolving the issue.

If the website is hacked while you are on a Care Plan, we will clean and restore the website at no extra cost to you.

Anything that you want to do with your website, some ideas:

  • Upload new content to the site for you
  • Format content
  • Install & configure plugins
  • Add pages
If you exceed your monthly support time we can continue working on the changes to your site at our standard agency rate of $110/hr + gst. We will let you know when you’ve used up your support time and you can decide if you want to continue.

If you request a change that we think will exceed your monthly support time we will advice you before starting and can provide a fixed price quote to complete the work.

We aren’t interested in locking you into a long contract. We understand life and business changes and flexibility is required. If you need to cancel, email [email protected] and let us know and we will cancel the care plan at the end of the current period.
All websites are built differently and require different levels of support. If you have had your website built by another developer we will need to review the website, update everything and see what would be the best approach to supporting the website going forward.

To get a website to this position we charge a flat rate of $440 + gst
